we ordered customized food grade sodium carbonate and potassium carbonare for noodle making. the supplier did not disclose that these products are on the high end with iron. so when used they oxidzed fast and turned the product green. this cost thousands in lost product and labor. we also found that the product has high traces of heavy metals like lead. though within safe limits, this is not acceptable for noodle making and producers in the united states are increasingly under scrutiny for the amount of lead in products. furthermore, their invoice does not show the actual product that i actually ordered, and instead shows a bunch of random products to reach the amount for my custom product. very sketchy from that perspective. do not recommend - search elsewhere.
